MONTHLY DIRECT DEBIT

TERMS & CONDITIONS

FOR PRESCHOOL & GENERAL GYMNASTICS GROUP CLASSES

By completing a Direct Debit instruction, you authorise us to collect payments from your nominated UK bank or building society account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Direct Debit scheme rules:

  • The monthly fee is a mean average of the 48 gymnastics lessons we run throughout the year (January-December) as a whole in relation to current prices per lesson which can be subject to change.

  • The dates we are closed can be subject to change. If there are any changes, you will be made aware of them immediately via email. All class dates can be found here.

  • Classes you cannot attend for whatever reason are not refunded, however catch-up lessons are permitted if space is available on a different day.

  • If your regular class is cancelled for whatever reason, you will be offered a voucher, rescheduled date or refund.

  • Direct debits do not come out on weekends or bank holidays - please make sure you have the correct funds on the 1st working day of the month to join us in that same month.

  • We will give you advance notice of any changes to the amount to be debited, the payment date, or the payment frequency. Notice will be provided via email.

  • If a direct debit fails (for example, due to insufficient funds or incorrect bank details) we may try the payment again or contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.

  • Repeated failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • You agree to ensure that you are authorised to use the nominated bank account.

  • If an incorrect payment is taken, you are entitled to a refund in accordance with the applicable Direct Debit scheme rules. Refunds will be made to the account from which the payment was taken, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We will process your personal and bank account information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Information will only be shared with banks and payment processors as necessary to operate the Direct Debit.

How to cancel your Direct Debit:

  • You may cancel your Direct Debit at least 1 working day before the 1st of a new month via your banking app or by contacting your bank. Please also notify us to ensure we update our records.

  • If your child leaves their group class and you do not cancel your Direct Debit or inform us, you will not be refunded.
