What should my child(ren) wear?
Suitable sport clothing such as leggings, a leotard, shorts - no denim, zips or buckles.
All jewellery must be removed or fully taped up, and long hair neatly tied back.

What are your spectating rules?
We ask for parents/guardians to stay inside the gymnasium during private lessons. This is for safeguarding reasons to ensure that 2 adults are present at all times. Parents of SEN children can take part in the lesson to help assist the qualified coach.

Can parents/guardians take photos / videos?
Yes, as no other children will be in the gymnasium. 

What will my child(ren) learn?
Each lesson is centred around your child's individual needs and goals. If you or your child do not have a precise goal or skill in mind, then the coach will decide what is most beneficial. Working through the British Gymnastics RISE Award scheme to achieve medals and certificates is also a good option.
